Shipping Policy
At Samansh Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This policy outlines the shipping process, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable charges.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed through our website www.samansh.in will be dispatched within 24 working hours from order confirmation.
- Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for order status updates.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or if the delivery location falls outside our courier service jurisdiction.
- Early delivery requests are not available at this time.
3. Address & Delivery Conditions
- Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address while placing the order.
- If the address provided is incorrect or insufficient, customers must coordinate with the delivery personnel to ensure successful delivery.
- Delivery attempts will be made at least two times. If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
- Once marked as RTO and received back by us, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- RTO-marked orders will not be re-dispatched. Customers need to place a new order.
4. Expiration Date Legislation
As per the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, products that may become unfit for consumption after a certain period must display a "Best Before" or "Use By" date. Below is the shelf-life regulation:
5. Shipping Charges
- First-time/new users: Free shipping on orders worth INR 500 or more.
- Standard charges:
a) Orders INR 500 or more: Free Delivery
b) Orders below INR 500: INR 50 delivery charge
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any order.
