Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) milk (full-fat or plant-based, as preferred)
1–2 tsp Rosaa Gulkand (choose Classic, Paan, or Elaichi flavour)
1 tsp Rosaa Rose Water (optional, for aroma)A few crushed nuts (almonds or pistachios, optional garnish)
1–2 Damask rose petals (for garnish, optional)
For Warm Gulkand Milk (Evening Comfort)
- Heat milk in a pan on low flame. Do not boil — just warm enough to sip.
- Add Rosaa Gulkand and stir gently until it dissolves completely.
- Pour into a glass or cup.
- Add 1 tsp Rosaa Rose Water (optional) for a deeper floral note.
- Garnish with chopped nuts or fresh rose petals.
- Serve warm, and enjoy its gentle sweetness and aroma.
For Chilled Gulkand Milk (Summer Cooler)
- Mix cold milk and Rosaa Gulkand in a blender or shaker.
- Blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Add a few ice cubes and 1 tsp Rosaa Rose Water if desired.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Top with crushed nuts or dry petals.
- Serve immediately for a refreshing floral cooler.
