1. Introduction Rosaa. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") aims to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return/refund policy under certain conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • Customers may request a return/refund within 48 hours from the receipt of the product if:
    a) The product is defective, damaged, or not as per the ordered quantity or agreed specifications.
    b) The wrong product has been delivered.
  • Returns/refunds are not applicable for perishable goods or food items once delivered.
  • We require an unboxing video of the package before opening, along with a copy of the received invoice, to process the return/refund request.

3. Process for Returns/Refunds

  • Customers must send their return/refund request via email to infobyrosaa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After reviewing the request, we will validate the claim and inform the customer about the resolution.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
